We are looking for Office Admin Manager, who will be supporting the organisation by assisting with various administrative tasks. Will be responsible for the smooth operation of the corporate and satellite office s by handling day-to-day tasks , organizing information, coordinating schedules, travel arrangements and ensuring effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for all office-admin activities
• Attending calls, file management, Petty cash, Handling fee collection, visitor management, general eEnquiry etc.
• Maintaining facilities in-order and inculcating good manners with admin staff and values
• Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
• Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Process expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Assist in the on-boarding process.
• Office-Canteen Administration & taking care of the office hygiene.
• Regular coordination with the housekeepers / helpers.
• Coordinate and support special projects and events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination of materials.
• Assist in maintaining and updating company databases and systems. Managing the administration Budget.
