Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. The Office Administrator will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supporting staff members, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate and support all trainings while ensuring excellent customer relations.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintaining records and provide administrative support to executives and staff members as needed, including drafting documents, preparing reports, and conducting research.
• Manage office systems, and equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Liaison with Government offices for compliance.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Assist in networking and system administration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
• CCNA Certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Educational Qualification: Any degree with computer knowledge.
• Knowledge in networking will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
