•Key Responsibilities:•
- •Excellent Communication:• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- •Front Office Management:• Manage the front desk operations including welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- •Student Handling:• Provide assistance to students regarding course information, enrollment procedures, and academic inquiries.
- •Fees Collection:• Handle fees collection efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- •Batch Scheduling:• Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and events to ensure smooth operations and optimal utilization of resources.
•Qualifications:•
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
