Our direct client (based in South Bangalore) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Admin Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in office administration and start their career in the IT industry.



We prefer someone located in South Bangalore, who is able to commute to our offices in Padmanabha Nagar.


Responsibilities

• Administrative Tasks:
+ Manage the office calendar and schedule meetings.
+ Work with staff/consultants on basic HR requests.
+ Assist with office organization and maintenance.
+ Provide general administrative support to the team.
+ Follow-up with remote staff on various tasks as assigned
• IT Support:
+ Provide basic IT support to employees (Intern will be provided with Full training on such support tasks)
+ Assist with IT asset management and inventory.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

• Pursuing a PU or a degree
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good Internet experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
