Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Admin to support a US based CPA firm. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing communications, organizing workflows, and providing exceptional support to our clients and team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering quality service.

Work Timings :- 6 PM to 12 PM (IST)

We offer work from home after initial training which has to be on site at our Surat office.

Qualifications

• Any graduate or post graduate with good communication skills. Prior experience in office administration a plus.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and bookkeeping software (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month
