Job Summary:
The Office Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting real estate documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Real Estate Documentation : Prepare, manage, and maintain real estate documentation, including contracts, agreements, property records, and legal documents. Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
• Office Management : Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available and replenished in a timely manner. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
• Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Experience : Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry is a plus .
