We are seeking a Female Office Admin cum Project Coordinator to assist with day-to-day office operations and support project management tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start their career in administration and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle office administration tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
• Maintain office equipment and ensure proper functioning of resources.
• Support the team in preparing project plans and timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred.
• Location Preference: Candidates from Calicut are preferred.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Salary:
• ?10,000 to ?15,000 per month (based on experience).
