We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Admin cum HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks while overseeing HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Administrative Duties:- Oversee office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.- Maintain and update company records, including personnel files, contracts, and agreements.- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.Human Resources Duties:- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff as needed.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating policies and procedures as required.- Conduct performance evaluations and manage performance-based appraisals every six months.General Duties:- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and activities.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective operations.- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:- Experience in performance management and employee evaluations.- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per monthBenefits:
