Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage office correspondence.
• Prepare, file, and organize documents both physically and digitally. Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and other systems. Prepare reports as requested.
• Provide assistance to team members and management with day-to-day operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
