###### Role and Responsibilities:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Office 365 Dynamics Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and administration of Office 365 Dynamics applications and environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet business requirements and drive organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Dynamics 365, along with experience in system administration and configuration.


###### Qualifications and Education Requirements:


Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 developer/administrator, with at least [X years] of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform, including customization, configuration, and development using tools like Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization tools, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM). Experience with Office 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. Solid understanding of system administration tasks, including user management, security, and data governance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Office 365 are preferred.


###### Preferred Skills:


Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, customize, and maintain Office 365 Dynamics applications and solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Implement and configure Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service Automation. Knowing Dynamics API. Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to extend Dynamics 365 functionality. Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, role-based access control, and data management. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality and uptime. Provide training and support to end-users on Dynamics 365 applications and features. Stay updated on the latest Office 365 and Dynamics 365 developments, best practices, and industry trends. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications. Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party solutions and add-ons for Dynamics 365.
