You will assist in User Research and Analysis, Design and Prototyping, Usability Testing, Collaboration and Communication, User Interface, User Experience, market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies to drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development and launch of new offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer insights, define product requirements, and create go-to-market plans. You will also assist in monitoring the performance of existing offerings and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your strong Design & analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in analyzing market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.You will report directly to our Offering Management Manager and youll work out of our Bangalore, India location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the success of our aerospace business by supporting the development and launch of innovative products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESo Support the development and launch of new offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business objectiveso User Research and Analysis (Understanding User Needs, Persona Development), Design and Prototyping (Wireframing, Prototyping & Visual Design(, Usability Testing, Collaboration and Communication, User Interface (UI) (Layouts & Elements, Interactive Elements), User Experience (UX) (User Journey Mapping, Experience Strategy)o Collaborating with product managers and engineers gather requirements from users before designing ideas that can be communicated using storyboards.o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and customer insightso Assist in defining product requirements and creating go-to-market planso Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant design software.o User Research Skills: Knowledge of user research methodologies to gather insights about user needs and preferences.o Prototyping and Wireframing: Skills in creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize designs before development. Conduct Customer VOC, Create User Personas, CDJ, Create UI / UX & other interactive media, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer insights and drive continuous improvementBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong creative & analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
