:Mission: Build and maintain the Offer Pricing Pyramid, the official transactional pyramid to handle pricing in Schneider electric in alignment to the BU Commercial policy guidelinesMake sure the offer data is fulfilled by all stakeholders and respects the data quality rules of Schneider Electric.Leverage Digitization to create a sustainable implementation of the pricing processes to ensure seamless and stable functioning of critical business processes.\xc2\xb7 Develop Global Guidelines on Pricing Processes related to the Offer Pricing Pyramid.\xc2\xb7 The owner of the Offer Pricing Pyramid (OPP) is responsible to supervise and prepare its yearly process and different steps, making sure the newest structure in the different ERPs of Schneider Electric.\xc2\xb7 As a Project Manager, the Offer Pricing Pyramid owner supervises and coordinates the Point of Contacts in the Divisions and ensure to give them all the keys, knowledge, and support to fulfill their tasks.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the Lines of Business pricing structure modification requests are aligned with the golden rules and Commercial Policy Guidelines and give a final approval.\xc2\xb7 Consolidate the data and the requests received from the divisions and implement the Offer Pricing Pyramid final version in the ERP once a year.\xc2\xb7 Conduct pricing analysis such as gap analysis, discount structure analysis, impact analysis, and propose solutions for alignment and business structure simplification.\xc2\xb7 Support the implementation of this Pricing Process related to product hierarchy in the countries - make sure of alignment and harmonization of the local pricing structure to the Global Guidelines.Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master\'s degrees in business / Marketing or its equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Priors experience in E-Commerce Role, preferably in Pricing or Category/ Channel management. B2B industry is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Transversal (Cross BU, Cross Function) Work Experience is desired.\xc2\xb7 Good Understanding of Schneider Price Waterfall is desired.\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of MS Office Tools (Power point, Word, excel)\xc2\xb7 Prior experience of working on a tool deployment project will be desirable (but not limiting)
