Souring leads as per the target segment suggested by team leaders and as per Risk Bible. b. Conduct meetings with new clients, convince them for one of the OXYZO product offering, sharing financial data and bring them into OXYZO evaluation process.c. Collect relevant financial data from the client for OXYZO evaluation/underwriting process for a working capital limit. d. Facilitation of Personal Discussion by Risk team members and the clients. Post the same, collect relevant financial data for resolution of queries of the Risk teame. Understand evaluation/underwriting methodology and philosophy from team leaders and Risk team members.f. Drive commercial negotiation and ensure closure of the same with the client as per the sanction released by the Risk team.g. Facilitate loan/limit agreement execution with support of post sanction team while ensuring client support for the process. h. Ensure smooth disbursement with support of the Disbursement processing team by collecting the required documents from the clienti. Maintaining a healthy client relationship and ensuring that all OXYZO due payments are received on or before respective due date.j. Introducing the KAM (Key Account Management) team with the client for day to day client servicingk. Effectively escalation and seeking collections team support in case of 60 plus days overdue.l. Build networks with other sales team members in relevant geographies and products.n. Learn cutting edge sales techniques and product innovations from peers globally. Also, contribute to product innovation or target segment expansion. - Train team members (Only for team leads)5. Key targets, monthly, quarterly, annually: a. Annually : Net Asset Under Management (AUM) to be developed according to targets set by the management.b. Quarterly & Monthly : AUM shall be divided proportionally as per the Annual target.c. Accuracy: Effectively follow up for due payments as per the repayment schedule and ensure delays in the same are avoided. d. Communication: Effectively communicate in a layman language with clients and ensure smooth coordination with all teams internally.e. TAT: Make sure that client query resolution and servicing happens within 1 day of being raised.g. Ownership : Explore and develop new geographies & products for growing the AUM. Help out in training of sales team members and collections (Only for team leads).h. Camaraderie : Build collegial risk-free atmosphere for team effectiveness and efficiency (Only for team leads)6. Career progression or Promotion : Based on key targets as above an individual contributor shall be given an opportunity to hire resources and build her/his team. Further, the responsibility/ownership of building/deepening a cluster/state/region shall be given. 7. Travel expectations : He/she would be comfortable spending 80% time traveling for client meetings. Client meetings are mostly in a region of 200 km around you, though day to day travel is around 30 km from office.8. Vehicle support/expectations : Preferably she/he should own his own vehicle. Company will pay for usage as per policy, which in no way will hurt the person. 9. Reimbursement policy : Travel, Fuel, Food and Comfortable Stay expenses are borne by the company in case of outside travel. For local travel the limit is Rs. 5/8 (as per entitlement limit).10.
