1. Souring leads as per the target segment suggested by team leaders and as per Risk Bible.
2. Conduct meetings with new clients, convince them for one of the OXYZO product offerings (WC, BL, TL, LC, BG, LAP, MF etc.) share financial data and bring them into OXYZO evaluation process.
3. Collect relevant financial data from the client for OXYZO evaluation/underwriting process for a working capital limit.
4. Facilitation of Personal Discussion by Risk team members and the clients. Post the same, collect relevant financial data for resolution of queries of the Risk team.
5. Understand evaluation/underwriting methodology and philosophy from team leaders and Risk team members.
6. Drive commercial negotiation and ensure closure with the client as per the sanction released by the Risk team.
7. Facilitate loan/limit agreement execution with support of post sanction team while ensuring client support for the process.
8. Ensure smooth disbursement with support of the Disbursement processing team by collecting the required documents from the client
9. Maintaining a healthy client relationship and ensuring that all OXYZO due payments are received before the respective due date.
10. Introducing the KAM (Key Account Management) team with the client for day to day client servicing.
11. Effectively escalate and seek collections team support in case of 60-plus days overdue.
12. Build networks with other sales team members in relevant geographies and products.
13. Learn cutting-edge sales techniques and product innovations from peers globally. Also, contribute to product innovation or target segment expansion.
