Position: OET & IELTS Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive IELTS and OET preparation courses tailored to varying levels of student proficiency.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and training materials that address all sections of the IELTS and OET exams, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Conduct mock tests and practice sessions to familiarize students with the exam format and enhance their test-taking strategies.
• Provide individualized feedback and coaching to help students improve their performance and achieve their target scores.
• Stay updated on the latest changes and trends in IELTS and OET testing formats and incorporate them into training programs.
• Track and assess student progress, offering personalized support and guidance to address specific areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve course content and teaching methods.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars to help students understand the test requirements and build effective study strategies.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (any additional qualifications is preferred).
• Proven experience teaching IELTS and OET preparation courses with a track record of helping students achieve their desired scores.
• Deep understanding of IELTS and OET test formats, content, and assessment criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching tools.
• Passionate about education and committed to student success.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
