Job Title: Odoo Operator
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Odoo Operator to manage and oversee the daily operations of our Odoo ERP system. The role involves data entry, system monitoring, generating reports, and ensuring smooth functioning of various Odoo modules in alignment with company processes.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage the Odoo ERP system to ensure efficient workflow.
Perform data entry, data validation, and regular updates across modules such as Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR, and Accounting.
Generate, analyze, and distribute routine and ad hoc reports to support business operations.
Identify and troubleshoot system issues, escalating them to the IT/ERP team if needed.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure proper utilization of Odoo modules.
Assist in module configurations and minor customizations based on operational needs.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the system.
Monitor user activities and provide first-level support and training as required.
Collaborate with the ERP/IT team for system updates and testing of new features.
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience with Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and their interdependencies.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Previous experience in an ERP operator or administrator role.
Familiarity with Python or Odoo Studio for minor customizations.
Knowledge of business processes like inventory, sales, or accounting.
Work Environment
Office-based position with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
