- Gather and analyze client requirements, documenting business processes, and recommending solutions using Odoo modules. - Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to understand their business needs and align Odoo functionality accordingly. - Develop functional specifications and configure Odoo modules to meet client requirements. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation and customization of Odoo solutions. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior functional consultants, sharing best practices and knowledge. - Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to clients. - Stay up-to-date with Odoo\'s latest features, versions, and industry trends. Requirements: - Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, working on multiple full-cycle Odoo implementations. - Strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and others. - Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Experience with conducting user training sessions and providing post-implementation support. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
