Job Title: Odoo Developer Tech Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo Developer Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development and customization, as well as proven expertise in leading a team of developers. This role requires technical excellence, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to delivering robust Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Odoo developers, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high-quality output.
• Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules and features based on business requirements.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Optimize existing Odoo systems for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain coding standards.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs to enhance system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on the latest Odoo versions and advancements in ERP systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework.
• Hands-on experience in leading a development team and managing projects.
• Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with Odoo deployment, server management, and database optimization.
• Experience in integrating Odoo with third-party systems via APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
• Understanding of accounting, inventory, or other business domains in Odoo.
