About the Role:We are seeking a talented Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Odoo development principles and experience implementing Odoo solutions for business processes. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and customizing Odoo applications to meet our specific needs and drive operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business requirements to identify Odoo implementation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and applications to meet specific business needs.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows within the Odoo framework.
• Integrate Odoo with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.
• Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Odoo solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer.
• Strong understanding of Odoo development principles, including modules, views, models, and workflows.
• Proficiency in Odoo development tools and technologies (e.g., Python, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Experience with API integration and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Odoo ERP implementation projects.
• Familiarity with HR Systems
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Certification in Odoo development.

• Windows 11 and above operating system or MacOS 13+
• 256GB Storage space - minimum
• 8GB RAM - minimum
• Dual Core CPU - minimum
• Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
• Headset: Noise canceling (preferably)
• Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
