Job Description

• Develop, Customize, and Maintain Odoo applications and modules, ensuring that business requirements are met with high-quality, efficient solutions.
• Work extensively with Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) and integrate them with external systems.
• Customize existing Odoo modules, create new modules, and enhance functionality based on business needs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with functional teams (business analysts, HR teams, etc.) to ensure Odoo solutions are aligned with company goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo ERP and custom modules.
• Ensure that best practices are followed in Odoo development, including performance optimization and security best practices.
• Perform regular system updates and maintenance to ensure Odoo remains up-to-date and secure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Developer, with a solid understanding of Odoo architecture and core modules.
• Strong proficiency in Python , Odoo framework , and PostgreSQL .
• Experience with custom module development , workflows, and integrations within the Odoo environment.
• Deep understanding of Odoo's Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and ORM .
• Proficiency with Odoo Studio for module customization and a solid grasp of XML and QWeb templates.
• Experience with Odoo 13+ or later versions and familiarity with Odoo.sh , Odoo Enterprise , and Odoo Community .
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize complex systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on Odoo HR modules (Payroll, Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, etc.).
• Familiarity with Odoo API and integration of Odoo with external platforms.
• Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Odoo certification (Developer or Functional) is a plus.
