Quick Healer's Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and build a successful practice within our clinic, operating on an equity-sharing model.

The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated OT to establish and grow their own occupational therapy practice within Quick Healer's. You will be responsible for all aspects of your practice, from client intake and assessment to treatment planning, implementation, and documentation. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing your referral network and marketing your services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving a client's ability to participate in meaningful activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide a variety of treatment techniques, including activity analysis, splinting, adaptive equipment training, and self-care education.
• Document treatment progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on the client's care team.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow your client base.
• Participate in business development activities for your practice within the clinic.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Volunteer

Supplemental pay types:
