And also working for the children and youth of the marginalized groups.Health Department: KIRANs health department works to optimize the functional skills of children and youths with neuro-disabilities through institutional and community-based rehabilitation services.3. Overall function and responsibility

• To perform assessments related to occupational and physiotherapy.
• To develop an Individualized Rehabilitation Plan for the assigned children.
• To provide occupational therapy to assigned children from KIRANs School and OPD Unit.
• To provide sensory integration therapy to needy children.
• To give services in different units of the rehabilitation department as needed.
• To refer children to medical doctor as per their needs and follow her direction.
• To care for therapy materials, trampoline, and other equipment.
• Arrangement of appliances and materials related to ADL and school activities.
• Hand splint fabrication.

4a. Key duties and responsibilities -To do the assessment and provide therapy to assigned children of KIRAN school and OPD unit.To provide therapeutic interventions for hand function, sensory integration and gross motor function.To make the monthly/ yearly planning & reporting of the unit.4b. Knowledge management Report writing skills in English.Computer Skills.5. Supervisory responsibilities Assistant therapists of the assigned unit.6. Educational and professional experience - BOT/MOT7. Language skills- Hindi & English8. Travel requirement- In KIRANsCommunity-Based Rehabilitation area.9.
