Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to determine functional needs. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results. Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to improve patients' daily living and working skills. Educate patients and caregivers on how to use adaptive equipment and perform exercises. Document patient progress, response to treatment, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Recommend environmental modifications and assistive technology where appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
