RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assessing patient needs to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implementing therapeutic activities to improve daily functioning.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Providing support and education to patients and their families.
- Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. -
- Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
