Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping patients overcome physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges through customized therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement therapeutic activities to enhance daily living skills, work skills, and leisure activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment for improved functionality.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in innovative community-based initiatives such as wheelchair cricket and confidence-building programs.
• Contribute to therapeutic sessions like our "Mindful Thursday" program.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?38,860.43 per month
