Occupational Therapist
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to work with children with special needs, focusing on enhancing their developmental, physical, sensory, and motor skills. The therapist will play a key role in helping children achieve greater independence and improve their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to identify developmental delays and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Use evidence-based techniques to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care activities.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic support system.
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and child outcomes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid registration with the relevant therapy council or association.
• Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, or other developmental challenges is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient, with a child-centered approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
