Job Title: RODOD, BSS Telecom, OBRM Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RODOD, BSS Telecom, OBRM Architect to lead the design and implementation of telecom billing and revenue management solutions. The role involves deep expertise in Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management), RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery), and BSS (Business Support Systems). The architect will work closely with business teams and technical experts to deliver end-to-end solutions that support billing, revenue, and order management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Architecture:

• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle BRM and RODOD systems tailored for telecom clients.
• Develop end-to-end BSS architecture aligning with the client's business goals.
• Strategize integration approaches between BSS, OSS (Operational Support Systems), CRM, ERP, and payment gateways.

2. Implementation and Deployment:

• Oversee Oracle BRM and RODOD solution implementations for large telecom service providers.
• Configure billing, rating, and invoicing functionalities within Oracle BRM.
• Ensure effective integration of RODOD with CRM systems for offer management and order delivery.

3. Business Process Optimization:

• Collaborate with business teams to understand and analyze billing and revenue management requirements.
• Propose optimized processes aligned with telecom best practices.
• Automate and streamline telecom billing and order management operations.

4. Technical Leadership:

• Lead the architecture team and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define technical roadmaps for system upgrades, including migrations from legacy systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and telecom regulations.

5. Troubleshooting and Support:

• Resolve technical issues related to Oracle BRM and RODOD implementations.
• Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.

6. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Work with project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams for successful delivery.

7. Documentation and Training:

• Prepare technical documentation including architecture diagrams, process flows, and configuration details.
• Provide training to internal teams and clients for system adoption.

Skills and Experience Required:

Technical Expertise:

• In-depth experience with Oracle BRM and RODOD .
• Proficiency in telecom BSS architecture, design, and integration .
• Hands-on experience with billing, pricing models, invoicing, and payment processing.

Industry Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of telecom processes in billing, revenue management, and order management .
• Familiarity with telecom-specific regulations and compliance.

Integration and Development:

• Expertise in integrating BSS with OSS, CRM systems (like Siebel), and other applications.
• Development experience with Java, PL/SQL, XML for extending Oracle BRM functionalities.

Project and Stakeholder Management:

• Proven experience leading large-scale telecom implementations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with middleware technologies (e.g., Oracle Fusion Middleware).

Soft Skills:

• Leadership qualities and the ability to perform under pressure.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications , or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecom billing, revenue management, and BSS architecture.
• Certifications in Oracle BRM or related Oracle technologies are a plus.

Preferred Certifications:

• Oracle BRM Certified Implementation Specialist
• ITIL or TOGAF for architecture frameworks
