- Ensure a seamless transition of outlets from onboarding to account management, providing necessary support and guidance throughout the process.
- Identify and escalate any issues or challenges to the city and central teams, collaborating to find effective solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that subscribed restaurants receive proper starter packs, including marketing materials, and adhere to hygiene standards as per company guidelines.
