Position Overview


As an O365 support specialist, the Admin will be responsible for implementation, configuration and management of O365 services and troubleshooting & resolving end users issues pertaining to O365 services on a 24x7 basis.You will also provide technical solution advisement to our Agents. This includes reviewing Agent case notes within our ticketing application, providing guidance and troubleshooting steps and working with the escalation team for cases that need to be escalated to Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities • 3+ years IT support Experience
• Experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, and

Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019.

• Experience with Hybrid email setup: Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online.
• SharePoint Online, Teams voice, Defender 365, M365 General Support, Entra ID support.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience with O365
What you will bring to the team:

• 3+ years' experience in a contact centre environment; preferably at a SaaS company that focused on B2B enterprise and mid-sized customers.
• Microsoft 365 Certified Messaging Administrator Associate (MS-200/MS-201)
• Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)In addition to the Associate Ambassador and Ambassador responsibilities:
• Model excellence in all facets of your work and help other Ambassadors to be successful by mentoring and coaching.
