Role Definition



Responsible for generating revenue by selling the services.

We are looking for passionate and highly motivated counsellors to join our sales division. The responsibilities include following up with the leads generated via three main sources - Online Queries, Telephonic Queries, and Walk-ins to understand the needs, problems and desires of the potential clients anthem with solutions; and to convert them into clients by selling them our products and services.

Any Graduate / Post Graduate; with experience in a sales / counselling role.

Years of Experience



2-4 years of proven experience as a visa Counsellor.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: KRAs / KPIs



Be punctual and adhere to the working hours and time specified. Promptly follow up the leads generated via three main sources - Online Queries, Telephonic Queries, and Walk-ins. Filling the Telephonic Enquiry / Detailed Assessment form and creating a unique CRM ID for the potential client to record and understand the needs, problems and desires of the potential clients and suggest to them the services/products most suitable with them, based on the profile and preference. Converting from enquiries to appointments / demo classes for discussing the sale of product/services/solutions. Advising them for the best options in terms of country/college/courses / English requirements etc.. Explain the packages of courses (details like timings/duration, price, discount and most importantly 'WHY' choose us?). Follow-up with the client till he/she gets converted or has decided not to retain our services. Continuously update the CRM, recording all the details of contacts and customer comments, etc.. Upon signing up, process the admissions/signup documentation form and get consent from the client. Creating invoices, collecting payments and issuance of receipts Carry out the requisite satisfaction or feedback surveys from clients / students / parents/guardians. Follow and comply with the established processes and systems.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
