This position offers significant growth potential, with a path toward a future sales role within the company.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed customer profiles and personas to support targeted sales efforts.- Design and implement effective lead generation and data collection strategies to aid sales outreach.- Ensure the accuracy and utility of sales data in our CRM systems.- Support pre-sale and post-sale activities, including preparing presentations and managing follow-up communications.- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for outreach, building and maintaining relationships that drive business growth.- Work collaboratively with the sales team to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes based on data and market feedback.Qualifications:- Excellent command of English with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the financial services sector or products aimed at high-net-worth individuals.- Strong capability in CRM software, data management, and professional networking via LinkedIn, with a substantial network and presence.- Ability to work flexible hours, including some overlap with US Eastern Time (up to 1 AM IST).- Proactive and eager to learn, with aspirations to advance into a direct sales role.Compensation:- Monthly Salary: - 40,000 to - 45,000- Annual Salary: - 480,000 to - 540,000Career Path:The role is designed as a gateway to a career in sales within DC Finance.
