Job Overview :We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to travel outside and generate new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings and networking efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with frequent travel, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of success in generating business leads and closing deals.Roles and Responsibilities :- Travel outside and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to introduce our products/services and establish relationships.- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organisations.- Manage client requirements, particularly in placing trained candidates (Software developers) from NxtWave.- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients by understanding their requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.- Acquire and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth.- Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.Requirements :- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.- Willingness to travel within the city and meet companies daily.- Conduct research to identify new markets.- Prior experience in B2B sales (6 months to 1 year) is a plus.- Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships across midsize and large organisations.- Excellent listening and negotiation skills.- Ability to tour and effectively demonstrate products or services to potential clients.- Strong empathy levels to grasp and address client challengeWork days : 6 Days a weekLocation : Hyderabad, Bangalore, ChennaiNote : Whoever gets selected, will have 2 months of training at our Hyderabad office.
