Roles & Responsibilities
• Market analysis to generate revenues.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and sales calls.
• Create brand awareness through social media and digital marketing.
• Establish and manage relationships with customers/shippers/carriers/vendors.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution.
• Prepare MIS reports.
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
• Any Graduate (Course in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage)
• Work experience - 4-5 years (Candidates with prior experience in NVOCC will be preferred)
IT & Language Proficiency
• MS Office (Word / Excel Power point)
• Language Proficiency - English, Marathi and Hindi
