(Responsibilities)- Coordinating with corporates for tie-ups, acquiring market information, meeting corporate people & understanding their needs. - Design & develop a strategy to capture Corporate for selling Gift Products. - Well-organized with a track record demonstrating self-motivation, creativity, and initiative to achieve personal and corporate goals. - Consistent performance throughout the period achieving far more than the set targets - Seasonal & Occasion/Event gifting. - Help in the development and execution of strategies targeted at the, HORECA,- Corporate, and Institutional sectors to drive brand awareness and generate leads. - Making proposals & offering end-to-end solutions to meet corporate requirements. - Possessing excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead and work in concert with diverse groups effectively. - Ability to build new territories and expand opportunities towards achieving stated targets. - Catalog listing for corporates Reward & Recognition, Loyalty Redemption program, - Responsible for generating leads from promotions, social media, exhibitions, Negotiation with Purchase managers to close the deals. - Active street on feet by visiting local market vendors to identify new products been introduced in the relevant category. - Follow ups on Payments, keeping in mind SLA (Service Level Agreement) on the same. - Proactive offering merchandise to clients for upcoming events based on historical/past recurring events. Being the first and most relevant. - MIS reporting as per the organization requirement.Is this you? ( Must Haves) - Preferred a MBA in Marketing or Sales - Must have 2 to 6 yrs. of relevant work experience in corporates sales gifting/events/wedding mandatory - Analysis and studying competitors on timely basis - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strategic thinker - Should be adept in negotiation - Well-groomed, presentable, and confident - Must be able to work with targets and have proven experience of achievement Proven ability towards constructive networking Highly collaborative - has a track record of partnering with teams across the organization and producing high levels of growth. - Punching above their weight as and when required Comfortable with 2 alternate Saturdays working (2nd and 4th) (ref:updazz.com)
