- To plan the weekly nutritious menu and share with the kitchen team to prepare them accordingly on daily basis.
- To introduce new recipes by making them in the kitchen and training the cooks with the procedure.
- To interact with children at lunchtime and improve their eating habits.
- To help children with allergies choose food at the counter.
- To review feedback received and improve accordingly.
