The Opportunity-

Entry-Level Business Analyst for Credit Lending Vertical

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Business Analyst for our credit lending vertical. As a Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor in supporting our retail sales function and driving portfolio and profitability goals. Your responsibilities will include business analytics, process coordination, data trend reporting, and collaboration with various stakeholders such as product, technology, third-party partners, support teams, and leadership.

What you\'ll do :

- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across verticals to ensure efficient credit lending operations and timely resolution of retailer disputes and issues.

- Provide data-driven insights to retail sales and leadership through business analytics, data analysis, trend analysis, and comprehensive reporting.

- Optimize credit lending processes across teams and promptly resolve retailer disputes by coordinating with stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product, technology, partners, support teams, and leadership to drive successful business initiatives.

- Foster effective communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement.

What we are looking for

- Possess 1-4 years of work experience in business analysis or MIS roles.

- Proficient in SQL, MS Excel, and other data analysis tools.

- Strong quantitative skills with a keen ability to work with numbers.

- Display cross-functional agility and problem-solving abilities.

- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and process notes is advantageous.

- Knowledge or experience in lending or credit would be beneficial.
