Main Responsibilities Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understanding customer needs and requirements Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Maintain and expand the database of prospects for different service lines Manage, nurture, and contribute to generating opportunities from our acquisition marketing activities and nurturing those that are not yet sales ready Be the central point to capture and record all leads and opportunities onto CRM, developing best practice to minimise touchpoints and creating total visibility of leads by source, allocation, and status Data oriented approach towards effectively slicing and segmenting database. Be responsible for data integrity, management of, cleaning and reporting Work closely with sa.global sales colleagues to ensure timely follow-up on nurtured prospects that have met the qualification criteria Regularly review lost and closed opportunities for organizational reporting and to understand any key learnings Skills And Experience Required: 2-4 years of relevant experience with proven inside sales/ support experience Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM system Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills An appreciation and understanding of data, segmentation and using CRM Understand data criteria to manage prospect lists by persona, industry vertical and solution, taking appropriate action where lists are not yet in place. Experience of working with the IT sector, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is preferred Proven experience within the telesales environment, with experience of managing an outbound team. Travel Country and/or overseas travel might be required as per business requirements Location Bangalore, India- Hybrid Work Model Benefits Competitive salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
