Job Title: Nursing Supervisor & Coordinator
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing, GNM (Valid registration with Jharkhand Nursing Council is mandatory)
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

RPCS Nursing Agency is hiring experienced and skilled Nursing Supervisors and Coordinators to lead and manage nursing operations. This role requires multitasking abilities, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Key Details:

• Shift Timing: 10 hours/day (Rotational).
• Salary: ?15,000 - ?18,000 per month.
• Accommodation: Free hostel facility for female candidates.
• Insurance: ?1-2 lakh free insurance provided by RPCS.
• Weekly Off: 1 day off per week (optional work on off days with extra pay).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Act as a liaison between doctors, nursing staff, and patients.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and safety standards.
• Manage schedules, rosters, and resolve staffing issues.
• Handle all-round nursing operations, including patient care when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of nursing activities.

Eligibility:

• Qualifications: B.Sc. Nursing, GNM (Registration with Jharkhand Nursing Council is mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or similar role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking, and excellent communication.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
