Tiruvalla Medical Mission Hospital is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursing Superintendent to provide leadership and direction for our nursing department. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.

Qualification Required

• A Masters Degree in Nursing
  M.sc/ MBA
• A Bachelors Degree in Nursing
  (Bsc Nursing)
  

Experience Required


Minimum of 10-15 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at JCI, NABH Accredited Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of nurses, ensuring quality patient care through policy creation, audits, and resource management.
• Oversee daily department operations, including staffing, budgets, and collaboration with hospital administration and medical staff.
• Champion innovation by staying current with best practices and implementing advancements in nursing care.
