Ensure adequate staffing levels and coordinate staff schedules.
Quality Patient Care:
Oversee patient care delivery to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.
Implement evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Address and resolve patient care issues and concerns promptly.
Education and Training:
Plan and facilitate ongoing education and professional development for nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with mandatory training and certification requirements.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure nursing practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain accreditation standards and prepare for inspections and audits.
Implement and monitor infection control protocols and safety measures.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred.
Licensure:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of nursing experience with at least 13 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
