Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Nursing Staff Recruiter and Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified nursing professionals to meet the needs of our organization. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Sourcing:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top nursing talent from various sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our organization.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure the integrity of candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

Coordination and Onboarding:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation, providing necessary documentation, and facilitating their integration into the team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance its employer brand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in nursing staff recruitment and coordination.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and nursing profession.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada) is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
