Qualification
• MSC in Medical Surgical Nursing
Experience
• 0-1 Year
Duties
• Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate discussions on topics related to pediatrics, nurse management, care plans, and research
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support course delivery and student engagement
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students to foster their academic and professional growth
Skills
• Proficiency in patient care practices and critical care procedures
• Experience in adult education or higher education teaching
• Strong ability to educate and communicate complex concepts effectively
• Knowledge of pediatrics and nurse management principles
• Ability to develop care plans and conduct research in the healthcare field
