Nursing Tutors and Lecturers

Location: Sufiya College of Nursing, Nagaur, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Nursing Tutors and Lecturers to join our academic team at Sufiya College of Nursing. The ideal candidates will be responsible for educating and training future nursing professionals, preparing them for success in both academic and clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach nursing students in theoretical subjects and practical clinical skills.
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans and course material in line with the nursing curriculum.
• Guide students during clinical rotations, ensuring they gain hands-on experience.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical exams.
• Mentor and provide academic support to nursing students, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Stay updated with advancements in nursing education and incorporate new methods into teaching practices.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members on curriculum development and student programs.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and other academic events to enhance students' learning experience.
• Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and other academic documentation as per college policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing in any specialty from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience as a nursing tutor or lecturer is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage students and encourage a positive academic atmosphere.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• A team player with a passion for nursing education.
