Shift - Rotational

Specific Responsibilities

: 1. A planned Program for each day's

Work

2. Beginning the day on time

3. Establishment of ward routines.

4. Use of democratic methods in establishment of ward policy

5. Provision of supplies & equipment for efficient work

6. Accurate records & full reports

7. Maintenance of suitable Environment.

Specific Authorities / Privileges:

1. Well - planned assignment and well arranged time for personnel

2.

Preventing interruptions.

3.

Orientation of new staff members.

4.

Good teaching and supervision

Key Performance Indicators:

Patients complaints < 10%

Customer feedback score > 90%

External Interfaces:

Patients, Staff, Doctors and Nurses.

Experience

3- 5 years

Formal Qualifications

: GNM, BSC - Nursing

Technical Competencies:

Computer Knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Nursing License (Preferred)
