Nursing In Charge (preferably Wbnc)
Job Description
• Allocating duty schedules and assigning patients to nursing staff.
• Serving as a liaison among nurses, patients, families, consultants, management, and other patients.
• Conducting performance evaluations and interviews.
• Delegating tasks and coordinating patient care.
• Ordering and monitoring medical supplies, medicines, and other resources.
• Ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and procedures, while keeping up to date with policy changes.
• Disciplining nursing staff whenever it is necessary.
• Assisting other nurses in handling challenging patients.
• Investigating patient complaints and reporting accordingly.
• To give overall hospital and patient round of the ward on daily basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
