Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc. in Nursing and have 5-8 years of professional experience, with a strong background in teaching and training both students and healthcare staff. This role involves assessing and analyzing the needs of staff nurses, developing appropriate training programs, and delivering classes to both nursing staff and patients as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct educational sessions for nursing students, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of key nursing practices.
• Assess and analyze the training needs of staff nurses, developing and implementing training programs to address those needs.
• Conduct regular training and classes for staff nurses to enhance their skills, knowledge, and compliance with healthcare protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare practices, medical procedures, and wellness strategies to aid in their recovery and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with the nursing leadership to ensure all educational programs align with current healthcare standards and regulatory guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
