Nursing Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled nurse with a strong understanding of pharmacy practices to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care while supporting medication management and ensuring safe administration of pharmaceuticals. You will collaborate with pharmacists to assess medication needs, provide patient education on drug use, monitor for side effects, and assist in medication reconciliation. A keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Prior nursing experience with pharmaceutical knowledge is required.
