Job Description

We are currently seeking a Staff Nurse with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and ensuring patient safety in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and document patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and treatment options
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Valid nursing license in India
• 0-1 years of nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
