Job Summary:

We are seeking a young, dynamic, and active Nursery Class Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and possess the energy and creativity to engage young learners. The Nursery Class Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and the school's educational philosophy.

- Student Engagement: Foster a joyful and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and a love for learning.

- Individual Attention: Provide individual attention to students to support their unique learning needs and developmental milestones.

- Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and structured classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and respect among students.

- Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.

- Assessment and Evaluation: Observe and assess students' performance and development, maintaining accurate records and preparing progress reports.

- Professional Development: Stay current with educational best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or a related field.

- Experience: Prior experience in teaching nursery or early childhood education is preferred.

- Skills:

- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
