• Nursery (Mandatory skill): Deep understanding and experience in a nursery setting, focusing on the foundational education of young children.
• Swimming Instruction: Skill in providing basic swimming lessons, ensuring safety and timeliness, is preferred for extracurricular engagement.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Physical Fitness: Physical stamina and health to actively engage with children in both classroom and outdoor activities.
• CPR Certification: Certification in CPR and first-aid to handle any emergencies, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children.
• Adaptability: Ability to adjust teaching methods and strategies to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each child in the nursery.
